Hello ,

I have this scenario I would like to migrate some VMs from Azure to On-prem VMware is it possible to use your V2V converter with a private link through an Express Route Circuit ?

You need to ensure the communication. Unfortunately, I was never doing that (it seems to be part of the end-user world).
In most cases, I just converted a VM from my server to the cloud and vice versa. Give it a shot, maybe it works if you can communicate from your servers to Azure.

It would also help to know:
Which V2V converter product/version you are using
Whether the Azure VMs are managed through Azure Migrate or native VMware tooling
The target VMware version/environment
