Hi,
It has been nearly a month since Proxmox has released their latest version.
Is there any reason or issue with the Starwind virtual CVM or the Starwind plugin to not upgrade from Proxmox 8 to Proxmox 9?

We are still testing StarWind VSAN with Proxmox9. So far, I don't see any "no"s, though.

I've been watching the forums of both StarWind and Proxmox and haven't seen any unresolved issues so far.
When I was young the bleeding edge was exciting but now that I'm older the leading edge is fine.
I assume someone at Starwind has attempted an in place upgrade of one of your teams simple Proxmox cluster and discovered no immediate issues??

Hi,

I guess that's fine: better be safe than sorry :D
I am afraid they are deploying from scratch.
But, unless in-place update clashes with the system components, I believe that in-place should be just as fine as with VMware or Windows Server (at least from StarWind's side).
