Proxmox migration fails to obtain version, storage, and nodes

Attempting p2v to Proxmox. I could not authenticate until updating to the latest V2V. Now I connect, but can't see nodes (I have only one) or storage.

Can you please try converting a single disk, not the entire machine?

Selected "Single Disk" and checked all three volumes. Next window, "Select Virtual machine to attach image" is empty. "Create a new virtual machine" button doesn't do anything either.

Hello, I'm in the same situation using v2v Version MajorVersion 6, MinorVersion 1, BuildNumber 7601 with proxmox latest 8.4 updates.

looking at v2v log I got following errors:
- GetHostVersion: Can not obtain the version of proxmox host
- GetHostVersion: Can not obtain the version of proxmox host
- BuildVM: Can not retrieve the proxmox virtual machines or storage info
- CPPSelectFolder::OnButtonBrowseClick: Invalid m_outputImageFormat - 14


ssh works fine. Proxmox is configured as a cluster (3 nodes)

I have selected P2V option, entire machine, (than I select only the physical disks, excluded any mapped network disk, than proxmox, provided ip, username and pwd for the root user, etc.
After that got error.

Any clue how to fix it please?

Are you running a P2V for a Physical or inside the Virtual Machine? What is the host OS?
