Hi
I am experiencing an issue where my file shares disappear after about 30 minutes.
When I reboot they appear in the GUI again but after 30 minutes they disappear again.
Is this an issue that others have been experiencing?
What can I attach to help find the cause of this issue?
Best regards
Simon

Welcome to StarWind Forum.
Could you please give more context? Namely:
1. What solution do you use?
2. Where exactly do you see the problem?
3. Do they disappear for real or is it just a UI glitch?

Hi
Yes of course
I use StarWind Virtual SAN (free version) running on Proxmox
I see the issue on the web console when i go to Storage->File shares
The issue is only in the UI. The NFS shares are still working. But i cant manage them.
I have tried to restart the NFS server which didn't fix the issue.
When i create a new NFS share the new one is also not showing up

Hi
Yes, I will upload the support bundle when I have exported it. I am having some trouble getting the support bundle from the page. Its just stuck at 30%
Is there another way of getting the support bundle?

Hi
I have tried a couple of different ways of getting the support file. From the UI, Starwind management console, and the virtual console. When I try it fails to generate the file.
I think there is something completely wrong with my installation. Is it possible to reinstall Starwind, where I keep the data?

For CVM, press the gear-shaped button -> expand the VM name -> generate support bundle.
Please make sure to write the time stamp as well.

Hi
I have also tried that. But when I try to generate the support bundle it just continues to load and does not let me download the file. Can I locate the file myself from SSH?

I have tried using the TUI, another browser, and the StarWind management console, but they all don't work with my installation. Is there a recovery utility I can use?

Hi
Yes. It just hangs at 30% and doesn't do anything. About 30 minutes later, it shows as complete, but the support bundles are not anywhere to be found.
