Tape drive and auto-loader redirector over iSCSI

4. Hi StarWind Support, based on my replied and screenshot provided yesterday. You can clearly see that StarWind not able to detect the Tape drive connected to my server even after trying what you have suggest. How do I move on from here? Please advise.
3. Also failed to detect the Tape drive even I select Tape Auto-Loader/Charger Device.
2. Physical server is able to detect the IBM tape drive as attached.
1. Unable to detect a physical tape drive on StarWind.
