Simultaneous/Multiple Sync

I have a two node vSAN (commercial license) with two storage targets and when they re-sync, they go sequentially. From other forum threads, it seems they can be configured to sync simultaneously. Those threads talk about setting the parameter "syncSessionCount" to greater than 1 when creating an HA device via powershell. How do I enable multiple sync sessions after the HA devices have been created?

Please contact us at support@starwind.com. Use this thread and 515713 as your references.
Synching simultaneously may be not a good idea as the I/O can overwhelm the underlying storage that, in turn, leads to occasional sync drops.
May I learn your network and storage configuration?
