The "StarWind @ SpiceWorks" link under "forum" doesn't work. It points to https://community.spiceworks.com/pages/starwindsoftware, when it should be https://community.spiceworks.com/pages/starwind.

I searched on every forum on internet and eventually end up fixing this by setting up S2D with two totally separate pools on a single 4-node cluster sounds pretty tricky to manage—Microsoft usually prefers a single pool across all nodes for that architecture.
Are you running into trouble with resiliency or management with the two pools? If you absolutely need that kind of storage separation, sometimes going with StarWind VSAN gives you way more flexibility for custom pooling and presenting different storage tiers without fighting S2D's default single-pool design.

Hi,

StarWind VSAN can keep storage on a mix of NVMe and SSD, but configs like that need to be checked by one of our techs. Traditionally, we recommend using separate volumes for each storage type.
p.s. You still can mix it with storage spaces tiering, yet, IDK how good MS supports RAID for any tiers.
p.p.s. Storage validations with storage spaces become dangerous. If the storage option is ticked, the array might get a huge hiccup.
