NFR licenses still being offered?

I applied for an NFR license so I can run an HA iSCSI cluster for my homelab VMWare servers almost a week ago with no response. Are these still being offered?

Nice... We didn't discontinue NFR program, so would you be so kind to point out what landing exactly did you use to submit NFR request (unfortunately we got too many of them for the different NFR programs - our issue so far!) and we'll check out whole "critical path"?
