Hello,

It seems I've made a mistake with my hyperv setup. I've used the vsan as (ha) storage for my domain controllers, and following a network failure, I can't get my vsan cluster online to provision the DCs.

I need to mount the vsan image file so that I can extract the vhd files for my DC, but I can't figure out how to do that. When I attempt to mount the image, I get an error stating that the image is in use.

Hello Lovetoflyguy,
You need to discover and connect StarWind iSCSI target (where DC located) on any other not-clustered host or Virtual machine.
Just open iSCSI Initiator on it, add StarWind node ip address to Discovery tab and connect necessary target in the Targets tab. Once the target connected, open Disk Management and find connected disk. You need to make it online and should see VMs files inside.
Another way is just to restore one of DCs from backup. The Cluster should see it then and should be able to start.
