Has anyone implemented an All Flash Array yet?

What I was really curious on is the hardware used if anyone had implemented an all flash array. Such as servers used for nodes, RAID controller, JBOD, SSD's used.

I have priced some all flash setups and things start getting real expensive if you want to use dual port SSD's (SAS). So I was just curious on other people's setups...

We have good experience with Intel S3700 800GB and Samsung DC845 Pro drives. We use Supermicro enclosures/servers, as they accept off-the-shelf SSDs.
LSI 9271-8i works great against their dual-expander backplanes, and the newer controllers should have Fastpath enabled by default (needed license before).

We use 4 24-slot 2U's with dual SAS2-expanders, but they also have beasts with slots for 72 SSD's.

In our test setup we used samsung SSD840 256GB SSD's, LSI MegaRaid 9260-4i

LSI 9271 is much faster on SSD's, and Samsung 845DC Pro 800GB drives are rated for over 14000TB written. The price is also not bad at all.
