This is not a very friendly message. If this hits someone in error, be prepared for a harsh reply.
How do you "calculate" if someones email address is corporate or personal ? I think, it is not easy to determine if someone runs a company or not - You might ask for a VAT number, but still then, even if someone does not have this, he might run a company. Better accept anyones email.
If I give someone my real email address I expect the other party to respect my privacy: NO Bulk mailings without my explicit agreement. AFAIK there is even a rule in effect, you might sent bulk email, but, include a few lines which ask the recipient if he wants more, he should reply to the sender.
I dont want to unsubscribe from your mailings. It is your companies fault to send it to me without my consent. Instead of telling me to unsubscribe, you have to apologize for sending it - if your company would be based in the EU, I would be able to stop this on your expense.
