1) We're replicating offline snapshots. Deduplicated and compressed. And actual work is not standing or critical path. So we absolutely don't use any processing resources and keep WAN traffic as tiny as possible. Snapshot policy and scripting we'll add based on customers feedback
2) I don't want to invest my company time in people who cannot afford hardware RAID, Windows license with software RAID5 and don't plan to use our grid architecture.
