Hello,
I have successfully converted a few of my ESX hosted server to Hyper-v but having an issue with a particular server. I get this error in StarWinds: Error creating snapshot - An error occurred while quiescing the virtual machine. See the virtual machine's event log for details.
Here is the VMware log
Warning message from <VMware host>: The guest OS has reported an error during quiescing. The error code was: 3 The error message was: Quiesce operation canceled.
Is it possible to tell StarWinds not to check quiesce when taking the snapshot? This a file server with multiple drives and I get this error if I try to convert the whole VM or single drives. I've tried fixing VSS in the OS of the server but a simpler solution would be if I could just uncheck quiescence when taking a snapshot but I didn't see an option for that in the configure options or the CLI

Hi,

Sadly, there's no way to disable that process specifically.
