Hello: In our current setup, we are not using AD DS, DHCP and DNS. With 12 workstations, never felt the need to set it up. In order to use starwind, we need to have add an additional VM to setup AD ds and i'm assuming dns as well as dhcp.

My question is, will this also require that all work stations log in to the new AD DS as well as all printers setup to funcgtion under the new AD?

Hello!

Actually, StarWind doesn't need AD DS, DHCP and DNS.
However, if you are going to create a cluster it is requirement.
