Hi,

we have starwind 8.0.7509 (2 node 1TB licence)

I created an 80gb device for testing. This device is completely empty.
However, this 80gb devices eats up 1TB disk space (there are a lot of spspx files in the startwind folder). only 51gb of 1.08tb are free on the disk (only this single 80g volume).
seems to be related to snapshots? but snapshot manager gives me only 5 snapshots!

Code: Select all

Hi!
I would recommend removing the device and recreating it using the latest version available on our website as of today.
Please let us know if the issue persists after the steps above.
Thank you!

Hello bofh!

Could you please submit a support ticket and provide me with next information there:

1) What SW management console build are you using
2) What is the size of your LSFS device
3) What is the size of the storage, on which LSFS device resides

Thank you.
