Hello, new to the V2V converter.
Been using an older version lately, 9.0.1.238 I think, up to this point to migrate from ESXi 8 to Hyper-v and so far it has gone well, though I've done the majority of the migrations offline.
I was testing the latest version 9.0.1.772 and I was hoping to find out more information about the "Synchronization Parameters" page in the conversion process. This is a new page compared to the older version I was using, or maybe it is a live migration vs offline migration thing. Either way, I'd like to know if this enables me to do multiple-passes for a VM migration, thus getting the majority of the migration out of the way first, with a quick migration that just gets deltas on a second or even third pass to make the offline time smaller. If that is the case, are the next steps to just re-run the migration of the machine and it will realize that it is a new pass, or is there another way entirely to do this, possibly via CLI?
Also, if this is a multi-pass option, do I have to uninstall VMware tools prior to the first pass or can that be done later, just before the final pass.

Thank you,

Welcome to StarWind forum! Yes, it is for online migration process. It is merging snapshots during that process.
Yet, UI restricts to only one migration at a time (bulk migration is on our to-do). You can use CLI for multiple conversions.
Uninstalling VMWare tools might need uninstalling when we du hypervisor switch.
