Hi,
Yes, we know that the plugin can be throwing these messages. Thanks for pointing it nevertheless!
I just want to make sure I am reading it right: the plugin is obstructing the update due to being outdated.
Is there any way you can push through that warning?

No this is the Proxmox hosts daily check for updates and it is Starwind's repository server throwing the 522 error code.
Both Proxmox hosts and also trying the url in a browser it times out. Nothing to do with the local Starwind VMs providing shared storage.

Got it. Thanks for your update!
Yes, that's the same old issue (I hope it gets fixed at some point). Many thanks for pointing it out.

Hello,
I am trying to install the Proxmox plugin... but the Proxmox repository still is unavailable. Are there plans to fix this?
Regards
Andreas

Is there a status page for this anywhere, or do I need to just keep retrying? I'm also waiting on this repo to be back up.

They seem to be working on the final touches on the build. Once the build is there, the repo should be available.
Sorry, can't give you the ETA; I hope it will be sorted until the end of this week.
