I was wondering if there is a documented full list of Event IDs for windows and their meaning?

StarWind provides an extended support offering called StarWind ProActive Premium Support (https://www.starwindsoftware.com/starwi ... ve-support). With this service in place, we are able to monitor your entire infrastructure – both hardware condition and software clean run – 24/7. Failover cluster events are monitored by us too, so if there’s something wrong with the failover cluster, our team will immediately take action to eliminate the root cause of the issue.
ProActive Support can make your routines much easier; long story short, you can entirely delegate monitoring of Failover Cluster events and IT infrastructure on the whole to our team.
Alternatively, here is the list of StarWind events to monitor in Application log.
