Hi, All
I installed the free version 8. But I can not connect to the host on
which I installed the full StarWind option.
Help please solve the problem.

I cannot find StarWindservice running on the screenshot you sent.
Could you please check if you installed StarWindservice itself?

What Windows Server version do you use there? It looks pretty much like Windows 2003, if my memory serves me right. Make sure you are trying to install this on any of the supported Windows Server versions, which are: 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016.

This is version Windows Server 2008 (not R2).
I can't install newer Windows 2008. How do I install on my version?

As I have outlined in my previous post, StarWind supports 2008R2 only, with no support of plain 2008. Unfortunately, it cannot be installed on your OS. I would still suggest considering an upgrade for your server's OS version.

Unfortunately, at present only StarWind v.8 is supported.
Anyway, you could try contacting your account manager (the one you have got your key from) and learn more details.
