Hi,
We have 2 different SAN's connected via iSCSI to the EXSi hosts. When I connect to any host with V2V converter I can only see a handful of datastores but can see volumes from both different types of SAN. Is there any reason why I wouldn't see all datastores?
Cheers

Do you have any VM folders with .vmx descriptor files on the datastores that are missing from the list presented by V2V?

Hi Boris,
Thanks for your reply.
All datastores have the same configuration with descriptor files. Even new datastores I have created to test are not showing in V2V.

I have passed this issue to R&D in order to investigate the reasons.

All datastores have a similar design with descriptor records. Indeed, even new datastores I have made to test are not appearing in V2V.

What build of the V2V converter do you use? Do you connect to ESXi hosts directly or to your vCenter instead?
