We have checked the logs and it seems that the license didn't apply as expected. In order to resolve the issue, please apply the license provided to you. You can do it by editing and running the script "C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind\StarWindX\Samples\powershell\InstallLicense.ps1" (you need to change the path to the license key inside the script).
I would recommend the following steps:
- Please check that your devices are fully synchronized on both hosts.
- Run the edited script on 1st node and restart StarWind service on it;
- Repeat steps above on 2nd server;

Could you please collect the logs from SAN servers with the script from KB article here:https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... ogs-bat-2/
and log a support case here with logs:https://www.starwindsoftware.com/support-form
Thank you!
Done.
