Is this possible? If so how do I do it.

Also I notice version 3.2 is out I am currently running 3.1

Are there any cost implications of going from 3.1 to 3.2? The particular item of interest to me is the replication.

Yes, it's supported. The IBVolume's mode is set in the target creating dialog.
You need to disconnect your clients, remove the target device from the StarWind GUI and create it again with the mode you need.

StarWind 3.2 uses compatible license format with StarWind 3.1.x.
So upgrade is possible.
Best regards,
Valeriy
