Does any have experience with clustering the starwind ISCSI service?

It gave me licensing errors when I tried to. I don't see a reason why this should not work atside of licensing errors.

I did the following::
Include the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\RocketDivision in the clustered service.
Install starwind on the shared disk to the config files also failover.

Anyone an idea why the license would fail?

I'm using starwind 3.1.4

Hi,

What is your StarWind license?

Have you tried setting up the clustered StarWind without any license?
Just remove the subkey [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Rocket Division Software\StarWind\License] and restart the StarWind instances.

The trial mode should allow all the features and it does not checks the license # in the network.

Please contact us at support@rocketdivision.com if you still have problems with licensing.
Best regards,
Valeriy
