Hello,
Regarding the mentions of Proxmox not supporting VM snapshots with iSCSI, does this only apply to its own iSCSI target? We’ve been using StarWind VSA with VMware for years and are considering switching to Proxmox. I intend to keep using StarWind as the iSCSI target. Does the loss of snapshot capability apply in this case as well?

Welcome to StarWind Forum! To enable snapshots in Proxmox 8, you need StarWind's plugin (https://www.starwindsoftware.com/resour ... ion-guide/).
I'd also suggest trialing the solution with one of our techs. Log a call here https://www.starwindsoftware.com/support-form.
