Over the weekend Proxmox prompted for updates one of which was the VE Starwind plugin for Proxmox.
Whenever I do any disk activity I see:-
WARNING: Ignoring duplicate config value: thin_pool_chunk_size_policy
WARNING: Ignoring duplicate config value: thin_pool_chunk_size
WARNING: Ignoring duplicate config value: thin_pool_autoextend_threshold
WARNING: Ignoring duplicate config value: thin_pool_autoextend_percent
WARNING: Ignoring duplicate config value: thin_command
and at the end:-
INFO: skipping disabled matcher 'default-matcher'

is this something I should be concerned about?

These are the warnings, nothing serious.
To remove them, check the lvm.conf for duplicates and comment them out.
