Hi,
I am evaluating starwind and the service seems to crash!

I should add - I am running Windows 2000 Server.

Hi,
Yes, version 3.1 has some problems with Windows 2000 because of some system libraries are missed.
We have fixed the problem in version 3.1.1 that is going to be released these days.
Please take a look at your Private Messages to find a link to the 3..1.1 RC version.

I'm having the same problem with the trial version (3.1.1) running on windows 2000.

If we set the Microsoft iSCSI Initiator to auto connect the disks when the server starts up they will fail to mount and the Starwin service crashes, also if we create the partition and quick format at the same time in Windows disk manager reports the disk as formatting which never seems to end, but if we create the partition and then go back in a format the new partition then there are no issues.
