You can ignore this one or disable the NVMe-oF service as it, most probably, is not used.

The target service might be crashing unexpectedly. It is normally not used in the system and therefore can be ignored. Normally, then we just uninstall it as the service is not used in Windows-Based appliances that much.
For NVMe-oF, I'd suggest waiting for the mid-Q4 of 2024. Then we plan to release the target for CVM.
