Hey, I am trying to build a 2 node cluster on physical windows servers 2022.

I have a configured RAID1 with 2 480GB SSDs which I want to use for replication.

I do not find a good manual for setting up the cluster with physical disks. Or is it just not recommend to use raw disks?
My disk in disk management is not initialized. Do I need to ? Does it need a file system ?

If I create a new device as a ClusterQuorum disk (2GB) it is created in Partion D. Is that correct ?
Actually D: Drive is my Data drive which would be ok.

How to setup the replication for a physical disk ?

I tried to follow this manual - the it does not cover raw devices.

Welcome to StarWind Forum.
I'd suggest contacting our support team at support@starwind.com for the comprehensive walkthrough and POC.
Speaking of manuals, you can look through this forum for a script to create HA devices.
Here are good examples:

Here is a good manual to set up a hyperconverged system https://www.starwindsoftware.com/resour ... rver-2016/. The missing part is the script (you have it above). You will end up mapping the part of the device as a highly available image. Mapping a physical disk is not available in Free version. You can use Trial key (NO CONVERSION TO FREE THOUGH) for POC.
