1450 - "No System Resources"
Either you've configured StarWind to use sparse file as disk storage or your machine runs very low in virtual memory. In first case - do reallocation of the storage making sure you either use pre-allocated disk image files or make sure there's enough disk space to allow them grow themself automagically, and in case of low virtual memory either add some more RAM to machine or increase paging file quota or find out who's real memory pig (what app starts to eat a lot at 3 A.M.).
Please let us know about your machine and StarWind (both) configurations and we'll continue investigation what's wrong with them.
P.S. "Crash" it's when application gets software error and goes down completely. If you've put it (app) into situation when it cannot work and it informs you (by writing to log or whatever) it's not a crash
