Dear Support,

Is there any way to import VMDK directly in vSAN from VMware ESXi. The P2V Converter is very interesting and helps move/copy VMDK to another ESXi.
But since the vSAN drive does not appear as a ESXi DATAStore there is no simplt way to copy the VMDK.

You are right, V2V is not possible if the datastore is not accessible.
Does the VM allow for P2V conversion (see the prerequisites https://www.starwindsoftware.com/v2v-he ... tions.html)?
