We are trying to achieve following

Use NL-SAS/SAS Capacity drives for Storage (Cold data) and NVMe for caching (Hot data).

For which we have done following...

1. I have installed StarWind SAN & NAS Free.
2. I have created RAID 10 for NL-SAS drives (50 TB) & RAID 1 for NVMe (1 TB).
3. I am connected to the StarWind SAN & NAS Free VM using Putty
4. Now I want to configure L1 & L2 Cache for which I need to edit *.swdsk which I am not able to locate.
5. I have read on forum that on StarWind SAN & NAS Free we can configure L1/L2 cache and use it for data auto-tiering.

If anyone on forum has implemented this, please share your views.

Small update: No, we do not support L1/L2 cache in SAN & NAS, thus there is no option to create the configuration.
