Hello!

I'm new to StarWind, I've read great things about how stable it is and I hate running a full blown windows server box for a single file share. I'm trying to test it out with a Dell R730xd. I have a ~100TB RAID6 setup for storage and an SSD RAID1 setup to boot from.

I've gone through the install successfully 3 times now, and reimaged my bootable USB Just to be sure, but I cannot get the server to recognize the boot drive after install.

What am I missing here?

thank you,

Please make sure your storage setup meets StarWind VSAN recommended RAID settings https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... ssd-disks/.
but I cannot get the server to recognize the boot drive after install.
I guess your problem is not related to StarWind VSAN but rather relates to hardware.
