Poor performance

I believe this to be related to iSCSI itself. Try at least 5 "local" and 3 "partner" iSCSI sessions. Should improve the performance.

how to configure multiple iSCSI sessions? can you please elaborate? does this work with 1 NIC 25Gbps dedicated for HB +iSCSI? I have two nodes only.

My configuration:
HPE DL380 Gen10 with Dual Gold 6226R, 512GB memory, Full flash-based storage Kingston DC500M with RAID50, NIC: HPE 631SFP28 25Gbps and HPE 535T 10Gbps.

I installed Windows server 2022 and StarWind trial, done all the necessary configs so far.

I'm testing the performance using diskpd and the results are not up to the expectations.

May I wonder what the underlying storage results are?
Try fewer sessions: 3 local and 2 partner.
Finally, if the trial key is still active, please contact support@starwind.com. Use this thread and 711573 as your references.
