Hello All!
I've simulated power off at the same time all of three nodes in my test cluster. After restart, one of my HA devices brought to not active state on all three nodes.
How can I recover it to normally state?

Best regards,
Yury

Hello Yaroslav and other staff guys!
Are there no possibility to restore functionality when HA devise is not active on all nodes?
Best regards,

Yury,

Looks like my message was removed here :/
Please share the logs with me from all 3 boxes https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... collector/. Also, please let me know when the issue happened.
You can use anything like Google Drive/SharePoint/OneDrive/etc. to share the logs.

Dear Yaroslav!

You can download log files by following link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/11Z_4Tk ... sp=sharing

The issue was happened after I rebooted all three nodes at the same time. The disks that contains image were offiline on all three nodes. I've goes them (disks) online, but the HA image is in not active state on all three nodes.
It's not typical situation, but welcome to real world :)
I would like to know what is not active state and how can I restore functionality in similarly cases.

Best regards
Yury

Hi, that was a reboot mishandle. See the recommended restart procedure at https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... installed/ under To restart the servers for installing software updates, hardware changes, etc:.
If all 3 nodes go out of sync, you can follow this guide https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... -blackout/

Thank you a lot for your links, I've read it, but I think it's different situation.
I don't have any nodes in not sync state.
At this time, my nodes in following state:

When I try to mark one as a synchronized, I have following error:

Are img files, .swdsk, and HA.swdsk files for this device is S:\StarWind?

Hi Yaroslav!
Disks marked as read-only were the source of the problem. Therefore StarWind could not write to them and marked HA in an inactive state.
After I cleared the read-only attribute on the drives hosting the HA image and restarted the StarWind service, everything worked as expected.

Guys, you made a cool software!
Thank you a lot!

Best regards,
Yury
