Hi,

Could you please run the benchmarks for the StarWind HA device while it is formatted as NTFS? Please also try connecting 2x or 3x local and 2x partner iSCSI sessions.
Regarding the VM performance, you will not be able to saturate the storage performance with just one Guest. You will need 4 VMs running (2 each node) and tests are to be ran simultaneously.
Also, do you have any antivirus on your server? Do your HA devices have any L2 or L1 cache enabled?

Hi,

VHDX limits VM performance itself. You can try using SCSI controller for VM disks. Also, make sure to use FIXED disks.
Also, you need to add up the READ performance for all your VMs. VMs are running tests at a time, hence their read performance is to be added up. If you do so, read performance is pretty much what you get closer to RAID 5 read performance.
