I noticed that you did not use the script I shared. The script I mentioned earlier has 3 interfaces: 2 heartbeat (iSCSI and Management)+Sync.
Your files have only one heartbeat link. Please consider redoing the HA devices the way described here https://forums.starwindsoftware.com/vie ... p+3#p31505.
Also, please be aware of the StarWind VSAN system requirements https://www.starwindsoftware.com/system-requirements.
How to replace the .cfgs. Stop StarWindService on both sides -> Copy the existing config files -> delete them in /StarWind -> Bring the new config files (rename them removing the indexes) -> Start the service on both nodes.

Modifying my script, and simply adding the IP of management as you suggest I got it functioning.

$syncInterface="#p2=192.168.1.21:3260" -f $addr2,
$hbInterface="#p2=192.168.2.21:3260", 192.168.0.41:3260" -f $addr2,

$syncInterface2="#p1=192.168.1.11:3260" -f $addr,
$hbInterface2="#p1=192.168.2.11:3260", 192.168.0.31:3260" -f $addr,

The targets should be available once you rescan the storage and adapter.
