Best network configuration

Hi everyone,
I need to configure a StarWind Virtual SAN 2-node Hyperconverged Scenario with Vmware in two differnet site.
Each server has have 4 network adapters, 2 x 10 Gbit and 2 x 1 Gbit. Beetwen sites there are only 2 FC cable, 1 just in use and connected to 2 gigabit network switch with lot of free port, and the second available for a direct 10 Gbit connection beetwen my servers (cable is multimode and distance under 80 mt).
What are the best network configuration in this case?
