Hi Yaroslav,

The StarWindHeaders folder is empty for both nodes. I have double checked and rerun the log collection but they are still empty.

Please go to the folders of the underlying storage where CSVs are stored and see if the headers are there and with .swdsk extension for each HA device. Copy those and update the logs.

Thanks for the logs. I see an interesting thing there: all headers have unique EUIs. Log a call with us at support@starwind.com please. Use this thread and 475826 as a reference.

Finally resolved the issues with unique EUIs with assistance from support and all is back in working order with no data loss. Big thanks to Yaroslav and the StarWind Team.

Continue to be impressed by the StarWind VSAN and its stability. Keep up the great work!
