This is expected behavior as you rebooted the only synchronized server. Please make sure to follow the recommended procedure

I assume that you do not have a GUI. Here is what you should do: stop StarWind service on one side, use SynhchronizeHA.ps1 from C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind\StarWindX\Samples\powershell, confirm that data is good, start the service. If data is not good, stop the service on the only synchronized node and repeat the procedure on another node.
In your case, the last synchronized node should carry the most recent data.
