Hi

one of my server has failed and the data is available from the secondary server. However if I reboot the secondary server, the StarWind drive does not show up.

what could I be doing wrong. screen shot attached.

Welcome to StarWind Forum.
This is expected behavior as you rebooted the only synchronized server. Please make sure to follow the recommended procedure https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... installed/.
Here is how you can remediate this issue https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... -blackout/.
I assume that you do not have a GUI. Here is what you should do: stop StarWind service on one side, use SynhchronizeHA.ps1 from C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind\StarWindX\Samples\powershell, confirm that data is good, start the service. If data is not good, stop the service on the only synchronized node and repeat the procedure on another node.
In your case, the last synchronized node should carry the most recent data.
