hello,
on a windows server 2012R2
does it make sense to disable all bindings in the network card properties and leave only IPv4 on the sync network card.
are some other bindings needed or helpfull ?

I did my setup in that way ... only IPv4 on iSCSI and Sync NICs.

If you are going in hyperconverged (storage and VMs on same machine), it would be necessary for shared links ... in a dedicated link, all that stuff can be removed: "MS Network Client", "File and Printing Share", "Qos", "Link-Layer Topology Discovery".
