Hi, can somebody helps with starwind iscsi?

We have 2 starwind servers:
swc2-1 - first
swc2-2 - second

after reboot second starwind server(swc2-2), broke synchronization.

in logs:

HA: CHADevice::register_session: Client initiator iqn.1998-01.com.vmware:ix02-n15-1885f4d4 is trying to register a session within the 'iqn.2008-08.com.starwindsoftware:swc2-2.*****.ru-target1' target... (sessId = initiatorNameIsid = iqn.1998-01.com.vmware:ix02-n15-1885f4d4,00023D000004)
CHADevice::register_session: Unable to register the new client session. The node is not active!
CHADevice::register_session: Return code 21.

iqn.2008-08.com.starwindsoftware:swc2-2.****.ru-target1: can't register session. The device 'HAImage1' is not ready.
[2d5b59,1]: *ERROR* Login request: device open failed.

Which way go to find problem?

Greetings,

Welcome to StarWind Forum! Please collect the logs with StarWind Log Collector and share them with me https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... collector/. Use Google Disk or OneDrive to transfer the logs.
So, the problem is that the HA device on the second node does not start synchronization, am I right? Or, are HA devices on both nodes not synchronized?

Hey,

Please never mark the device as synchronized as it might lead to data loss in certain situations (i.e, when you are not sure which node carries the latest data). It is necessary to contact us before doing that and provide us with the logs. What you can do is restart StarWind Service on the "not synchronized" site. What is the StarWind VSAN build in use (click at the server -> configuration -> register OR open the last log of StarWind Service at C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind\logs and see the version at the top)? If it is different from 13586, please update StarWind VSAN. Here is the procedure https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... d-version/
