Hi

Recently on a node of a Microsoft 2016 cluster (composed with 2 nodes) I received the following error

FAULTING APPLICATION NAME: STARWINDSERVICE.EXE, VERSION: 8.0.0.12166, TIME STAMP: 0X5AF06687 FAULTING MODULE NAME: KERNELBASE.DLL, VERSION: 10.0.14393.3383, TIME STAMP: 0X5DDCBA29 EXCEPTION CODE: 0XC0000002 FAULT OFFSET: 0X0000000000034C48 FAULTING PROCESS ID: 0X80C FAULTING APPLICATION START TIME: 0X01D63FCB0B883195 FAULTING APPLICATION PATH: C:\PROGRAM FILES\STARWIND SOFTWARE\STARWIND\STARWINDSERVICE.EXE
FAULTING MODULE PATH: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\KERNELBASE.DLL
REPORT ID: 62C8AC58-3F40-4F0F-ADFE-6D96FFB2565D
FAULTING PACKAGE FULL NAME

When i start the service is up. When I try to move the disks to the problem node after a while (about 30 minutes) the service goes down. and the discs remain stuck

Any idea?

8.0.0.12166 is a really old build, please consider updating to the latest build.
Download it here https://www.starwindsoftware.com/tmplin ... ind-v8.exe
Update procedure is here https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... installed/

Before updating, please, contact StarWind Support to request the key compatible with new builds.

Please let us know if the issue will repeat.
