How can I test if RDMI is working?

Short question, but to the point. How can I test that RDMI is working between my two esxi hosts that run the starwind VM's?
To add to this, the RDMI tool that starwind provides, crashes upon starting execution, so that isn't an option. Maybe diagnosing would be a better move?
