Trouble with new HA device, VMware vmotion fails

I'm having trouble with a new 2-node HA device on a VSAN Free server with a another HA device that functions without problem. I created the new device, it synced up and I moved a small Windows VM to the new datastore to test it - all seemed fine. I then tried to move a large VM to the new datastore, which failed to migrate after 10 minutes or so giving this error: An error occurred while communicating with the remote host. I also found some errors in the VSAN log, but I'm not sure what they mean (pasted below). Any help is much appreciated!

Could you send us the logs collected with StarWind VSAN log collector? More details at https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... collector/. Transfer them via Google Drive, please.
Which version of StarWind VSAN do you use? May I learn the underlying (i.e., physical) storage configuration?
Are there any other errors reported in ESXi?
