Where to start with vSan in a HyperV cluster?

I have been looking at VSan for my HyperV clusters as a replacement for the current setup using 2 nodes and a disk server with iScsi. I have no HA on the disk side and was looking at VSan to see if it would be viable to use all 3 servers in this config and share their disks to create a HA disk solution. Can anyone point me to any video or docs that explain how to set this up and indeed if this is a viable option?

Greetings,
Do you plan to configure a 3-way mirror (i.e., data is replicated between 3 servers)? If that's the case here is the guide
https://www.starwindsoftware.com/resour ... rver-2016/. That guide refers to the hyperconverged setup (i.e., VMs are running right on those boxes that keep the storage).
Please make sure if the requirements are met
https://www.starwindsoftware.com/system-requirements (make sure that you have at least one heartbeat connection on a separate network adapter).
Here is the guide on how to create StarWind HA devices
https://www.starwindsoftware.com/help/H ... ategy.html. If you go with the free version, scroll to the bottom of the page and see how to configure the script. Use CreateHA_3.ps1 for 3-way mirror.
