JBOD help with Starwind

I have 5 servers (Ubuntu 18.04) with 5 JBOD connected to each via SAS cables. One to one relation between the server and the JBOD as of now. Each JBOD is 1 PB. We have created 4 mounts of 250 TB on each server. Dual 10GB connections bonded on Ubuntu server

We architected this differently but now it has taken a different direction. We are in need of NFS mounts so each server can see other JBOD mounts.

It is getting ugly if we keep running NFS server and it is a nightmare to manage the NFS mounts. I stumbled upon Starwind and will your software help me to create a cluster environment with what I have. Need some help here and what product will help us achieve this efficiently. I am still worried of performance. But let me know if your product can help

With StarWind VSAN, you would need at least one Windows box to run the software if it's not implying usage of ESXi, where a CentOS based appliance can be used instead. You could then present storage as iSCSI targets to your Ubuntu servers.
