Hi,

My Lab environment (free license) had an unexpected power failure that shuteddown both Starwind's servers.
I have simulated it many times before, so I'm pretty sure that I can manage to put them in sync again, but I didn't expect to see a "Not licensed" message like this.

Is there some log or information that I can provide to help to explain why this hapenned?

Get your logs collected from all servers and PM them to me. I will check what could go wrong there.

Hi,

It was finaly explained: I lost the entire disk partition where Starwind data was placed, so the OS and Service started but no .img file could not be found. Absolutely no Starwind's fault, except by the strange "Not licensed" message.

PS: It was a test environment, no production data was in there.

Thanks for posting back regarding the issue.
Usually in this case you would see "non-active" in such cases.
