I don't always remember to check the 2 VSA windows logs for starwind events, so I added rules on both appliances to email me. One appliance had a heartbeat link flap. When I look at the email I see this:

1969-12-31 19:00:00: HA Device iqn.2008-08.com.starwindsoftware:starwind-2-lun0: heartbeat connection IP 192.168.4.31 with partner node iqn.2008-08.com.starwindsoftware:starwind-1-lun0 established.

December 31, 1969 seems wrong :) No idea where the 19:00:00 came from either. Both messages had this bad timestamp string...

Definitely.
Can you provide us with the logs from that system?

Which specific logs do you need? And how do I gather the info?

You can use StarWind this tool for logs collection.

Hmmm, I went to download the log collection tool. I am running the GUI on my windows 10 workstation. Which version of the tool should I be using on that platform?

I assume I should have uploaded them via the support site? If so, done. I referenced the URL for this thread, as well as your name...

You can upload the logs to any filesharing resource and share the link with us.
