Can't create Device at VSAN Free

I installed VSAN Free on Server 2019 Standard.
After installation and reboot i see the following.
I can't create any Device.
I had watch many installations Videos on Youtube, but nobody show such a problem.

can u help me ?

That is the limitation of StarWind Free. GUI is available for monitoring only.
